    come on - where else is it going to go? The space required to produce an economically viable sugar cane or palm oil crop means that it's not going to be potato farmers in east anglia that are suddenly going to try their hand at making a bit of biodiesel.

    It's going to go to happen in third world countries, and they're going to rip down rainforests or substitute existing farmland for the latest cash crop
