    As someone who eats quite a lot of it, the irony is that this is how Steak Tartare often presented in restaurants - all the ingredients chopped up and you mix it yourself. Usually with a raw egg yolk on top.

    No idea where the idea of a poached egg on top came from......never seen that it France.

    So i thought he was a bit unlucky to go.
