I'm back at work today having had laser surgery a week ago. I had the trans-epi-something at accuvision which is similiar to lasek where they laser away the top layer of cells, then laser the cornear. No knives involved which is why I chose that treatment, I hate things coming near my eyes (having my bandage contact lenses removed on the Tuesday was an ordeal). The worst bit of the surgery for me was the clamp getting put on my eyes. Vision is still blurry, I'm not at driving standard yet, but I'm not too worryed at the moment as lasek takes longer to heal anyway. |
