I've watched two episodes of The Watch, and as a Pratchett fan I can confirm all fears as it is an utter abomination. If you try to ignore the big turd they've curled out into Terry's hat it still fails, as it's not a very good procedural and the production budget looks to have amounted to some change and a few sticks of gum that BBC America found down the back of a sofa.
