    Good luck getting a table. You have to book two months in advance (if you can get through) and the last time I tried they said no we're fully booked for the next two months.

    Also, I understand that Heston isn't the head chef there any more but I might be wrong about that.

    125 quid is bloody expensive for the tasting menu - that's about as much as you'll pay at any 3-star restaurant, especially when you consider you'll be shelling out another hundred on wine.

    All that said, it is fantastic (as any Michelin starred dining experience usually is) and well worth the cash if you have money to burn.
