Depends which clips you watch. Seen one of Hamilton asking very early what happened and if the driver got out ok.

Saw another that shows Stroll talking about people passing him during safety car (which makes him look very bad) and another where he asks very quickly if the driver is ok.

Depends what these content makers want to show I guess.
