| My 60gb launch model died a few weeks ago. Phoned the shop where i bought it and politely expressed my displeasure at it costing £400 and only lasting 3 years, and asked if they could help me out. The manager said if i brought it in they would give me the full trade in price (£140) against a 250gb slim, which i did. Still not happy at having to replace something which cost so much after a relatively short time, but pleased that the shop acknowledged this and offered a compromise. |
