    Go to bed earlier?

    What works for me is that I go for an hour or so run around 8:00 or 9:00 in the evening as the sun stays up for longer at the moment or, failing that, I will go for a swim up at the gym.

    I am out like a light just after 11:00pm.

    The more active you are, the more likely you will get to sleep earlier and thus, you will eventually become a morning person due to the change in your routine.

    Then again, it may not work out for you so, who knows.
