My neighbour opposite is a nice guy and a homosexual. I don't know this for sure but he is well dressed and plays Abba Gold and Madonna's The Immaculate Collection very loudly. Now I love these albums as well on the sly but it's starting to get annoying as he really cranks up the volume. As usual it's one rule for them and another for the rest of us. :-)
