    In that case you've got a bit of licence to go nuts so long as you do strength / resistance training at the same time.

    Pizzas, icecream, steak, chips, jaffa cakes - anything that's high in callories. As I say, just be sure to keep-up an exercise regime too.

    You need protien to build mass, protien builds muscle so you need more of that, not just any old shite you can fit in your mouth.
    Whey protien is cheap for what you get from it so drink up.
    Milk aswell google GOMAD for an idea.
    Eating just junkfood is not the way to build yourself up thats how you get fat.
    Carbs are for energy not building mass, if your going to the gym to get bigger its protien protien protien. If you dont get enough you will be taking the very very long road to muscle/weight gain.
