I also only go for shorts on the bottom half. Today was the first outing this winter for my long sleeved running top. I've never worn gloves or a hat, but I never really feel the cold. I rarely wear a coat to work. I ran lots last winter in snow and ice - just be prepared to take it slower. And go with a running partner in case anything happens. We used to run the towpath along the river near my old work - which I'd have never attempted on my own in snow/ice! The days I was alone I went on the treadmill in the gym! |
