Fry them up and add balsamic vinegar and garlic after the mushrooms have cooked down, then fry off until the vinegar has caramlised. Win.
There are loads of mushroom types, I like chestnut myself. Dont buy cheap crappy ones. We grew some oyster mushrooms a couple of years back and they were lovely.
