    @whatfruit the 48hr is a no hassle back to voucher for unwanted goods. This is different to a refund for a faulty item which is in it's 12 month warranty.

    ID is not required for a refund but how their tills work is you have to sign them up like a member in order to issue any form of refund but like i said before all that needs is the customer to tell the staff member their name and address, nothing more.
