@mrcrumley Unfortunately, when you agree to their (very long) terms and conditions regarding PS+, it does mention about auto-renewal regardless of whether you purchase a PS+ code from a high street shop or digitally, through the PlayStation store ... and since you accepted and agreed to their T&C, you are likely to be told that they won't offer you a refund. It has happened to me on the PlayStation 3 - I purchased a ninety day subscription a couple of years ago - and I had forgotten to turn off auto-renewal. I did get in touch with Sony and their customer services at the time but ultimately, it was my fault, and I accepted it (was my fault). There's not much you can do about this, I'm afraid. : ( |
