OK, silly question time, maybe?

If I was to sign up for PS+ on my Australian account (I live in Australia obviously!) which I barely use, then sign into my UK account, would that account automatically become a PS+ account?

Wouldn't I at least be able to sign into my UK account and downaload the free games and other content?
