    There are no classes. Everyone starts with the same Attributes (Strength, Magicka, Stamina) and all skills at level 15. Racial bonuses are added to some skills and you get your race bonus abilities, but that's all. Being a Mage or a Palladin or whatever is just a matter of using the appropriate skills to level them up.

    I like this system, because I hated having to choose ahead of time which skills I was going to use the most - and then organise them into major/minor skills to optimise leveling. I want to role play, not make spreadsheets!
