Ok, so I've put in another hour or so and arrived at my first village, where I meet the blacksmith. I ask about supplies, and he lists his wares. I note at the top of the menu it says 'gifts'. I then realise I'm not expected to pay for any of this, and he's giving me these things out of the kindness of his heart. I took 4 items out of a dozen or so. Small things, but it's subtle touches like that that help me get lost in a game and start to roleplay... I can't take advantage of a poor blacksmith. |
