I thought it was better in terms of the dungeons and story (from what I remember of it). But overall the game was a probably weaker because the train overworld didn't have the freedom of sea travel, and the rest was a bit too similar to PH. If you loved the touch-screen controls of PH though it's definitely worth playing.
