It's not your fault..just not impressed with how they handle peoples preorders. Surely those who preordered in September would be dealt with before October..it's common sense...it's like ordering concert tickets, whoever rings the quickest normally gets them!

If anyones preorders aren't sent today there's little chance of getting it on release as Amazon have had loads of complaints over Skyrim and COD not arriving till the following week even when paying for extra postage, that's my concern.
