Does no one else think that changing the disguise suystem will break this game's mechanics? It seems fairly clear that if you're trespassing with a disguise that they want you to still generally remain hidden but you just have a bit more leeway. If you could just wander around like older hitmans I would imagine the levels are going to reveal themselves as being alot smaller than they seem!
