Got my first rubber-keyed ZX Spectrum for Christmas 1982. Had no games to play on it apart from Thro' The Wall over the few days that shops were shut (remember when that happened!), so I was forced to start learning BASIC for it

First games were bought from Fuller who had a shop in a back alley of Liverpool city centre, Imagine's Arcadia and a basic 2D flight simulator made by Fuller themselves.

Not sure if this has been posted here or not but Horace In The Mystic Woods which only came out on the Psion-3 series of palmtops has been remade for the ZX Spectrum
