This is just bollocks, isn't it. As a Gooner, this leaves an incredibly sour taste. Actually that doesn't go far enough: it's distressing and maddening. I'll find it very difficult to support them going forward. Fuck Kroenke. I hope there's some serious protests against this, and I'd welcome repercussions even if they were damaging for the club. Won't be happy till there's a change of ownership (but let's be realistic, even that would just replace one c*nt with another). I'd welcome government intervention. Enforce mandatory majority fan ownership. Won't happen under the tories of course. |
