Let's keep civilized about it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Let's just say that those that bought into the promises, invested themselves emotionally in the entire triology and those with an active immagination, were let down and are justly upset.
The important word is in bold. You imagined what would be a good ending. You are disappointed that Bioware didn't read your mind and give you exactly what you want.

    Newsflash: Developers aren't psychic.

Have you read my post about what they said on the marketing?

That, and they already warned us in advance people might not like the ending.

They knew damn well what was expected of them and that this wasn't it. Every two bit writer and screenplay hack knows it. You don't abandon your readers like that.

If you promise me a ferrari and come home with a photograph of it, then that isn't what I imagined either and they know it. Nothing psychic about that.

Like an earlier reply to your statement, they don't need to be psychic, just competent.
