As you know, I am now living here in Florida and married an American Girl.
She made me watch all 6 seasons of Downton Abby and we finished it last night.
She loves the show and this was her second full viewing. As an American, she loved it for the true Englishness of the settings, actors and stories.
As for me, I ended up actually really enjoying it. The characters are really well developed, the scrip is great and the setting works perfectly.

Very impressed.
