Hello folks, Not posted for a while but have picked up a Wii U and have a question about transferring stuff from Wii to Wii U. I guess the main thing is that I have mates round sometimes and we play SNES VC Mario Kart and SF2 Turbo, To achieve this I use a Gamecube controller and the Wii Classic controller. If I transfer my games to the Wii U, will I be able to play 2 player again without buying another classic controller? I assume that the Gamepad is not supported in Wii mode. I guess if I get the upgraded versions then 2 player can be played with the gamepad and classic controller? Another thing, the Wii U's internet connection is very patchy, and I'm often booted out or can't connect to internet. This is particularly frustrating as Mrs SBJ used the wii for Netflix a lot, and is now finding the Wii U a pain in the arse. Are there any fixes for this? To reiterate, the Wii is in the same place as the Wii U and has never had any problems with connecting. I really don't want to keep the Wii running alongside the Wii U but these two issues mean I may have to. Otherwise, the machine is great and I can't wait till Mario on Friday! |
