Oops.

I had to do a few upgrades and replace some of my menu code with the support libraries Google provide.

In doing that, I accidentally removed the menu from the thread page and haven't wired up the logo to anything yet. Will sort later tonight.

I also noticed that the categories list sometimes won't populate, I'll sort this too .
