Are the graphs set in any kind of context, do they have a message? Do they ask for employee feedback on what can be improved?|
If its just a graph on its own with no message then I personally would look at the results and try and rationalise these myself. My own thoughts would be "I personally do my job to the best of my ability given the right motivation, at the pay scale I am paid. I have no more power than that. Could it be that my colleagues are not pulling their weight (theyre probably just doing the best job they can like me) or could it be management?"
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
