    Which is bad in the long run because it would make buyers shy of taking risks on games they're not 100% certain on, which then leads to even more mainstream focused titles and worse stagnation.
    This is the major issue with it. There might still be millions of people who'd buy the next Xbox or PS regardless, but killing the second-hand market could have a big impact on developers.
