Seems they are dealing with the issue rather promptly these days.

The guy on the phone suggested it may take up to 7 days, but was impressively resolved by the next morning with my missing MS points refunded. I was expecting worse after reading some of the 30 day+ experiences mentioned.

I guess I'm stuck with those hack-related 15 FIFA gamer points though.
