@The-Bodybuilder : Cambridge LibDem and ordinarily good egg Julian Huppert voted no - I tweeted him about it and he responded.

"because the OSA already provides for disclosure with lawful authority, eg to the Goddard inquiry, so it's not needed ...and would run the risk of implying other lawful disclosures weren't allowed without similar amendments"
