A second squad wipe on the overseer mission brings the number of names on my memorial wall to 54. South America has descended into chaos and no one has heard anything out of Africa for months. It's now September and if one more country pulls out of the project it's curtains for xcom. After the loss of my favourite assault: Major "shotsy" and his team I can't quite find it in myself to pick up the pieces and train up yet more vets. I've lost my nerve, seen too many good men and women die in front of me ... I can't take it any more! (awesome game!) |
