Only had the teleport bug once so far, a cyberdisc appeared behind my squad out of thin air. Thankfully the team had dispatched everyone on the previous turn and the disc didn't live long enough to do any damage.

Have had the UI crap out a few times and a corrupt save on a Terror mission that forced me to restart.
