When in Stockholm do take an archipelago trip. Utö, Sandhamn and Grinda are nice locations easily accesible by public transportation. The Vasa Museum is also a really nice tourist experience. Apart from that I'd say the best way to spend your time if you are only here for a few Days is to just walk around and see the city. It's an exceptionally pretty and walkable city during the summer. I can recommend restaurants as well if you are interested. The restaurant scene here is pretty fantastic at the moment , at least in the upper mid and up segment.
