If you're playing on GeForce Now and your connection is up to it, presumably the sensible thing is to have everything on ultra? (Assuming you've got the founders sub)
I had a quick test of this yesterday and whatever hardware it’s running on can’t handle everything on ultra, frame rate plummets. You can get away with some RT features though and it seemed pretty blurry but quite playable overall.

Apropos of nothing, on my setup (3600/2070S) I’ve settled on most things high/ultra but with clouds turned down to medium. All RT features on (medium lighting), DLSS auto. Seem to get around 40-45fps average with lows in the 30s and highs around 60. With g-sync it still ends up very playable and the visual bells and whistles really do enhance the experience IMO. Turning off RT probably adds about 20fps average though, so that’s always an option. 1440p btw.
