Anything that was in stock was listed for me as delivery between 30th October and 2nd November (Monday). Everything on Scan now listed as a pre-order has an expected fulfillment date of 30th November.

I did mull over placing a pre-order to make sure I got a place in the queue but it would appear they charge your card in full immediately upon placing the pre-order.
