    As TheFourteen said, you could go to pcpartpicker (https://pcpartpicker.com/) and put your build in to there and it will give you an accurate price of what the parts cost compared to what you are paying for it being a pre-built. Always worth doing even just for peace of mind (but keep in mind GPU prices show high on there just now due to lack of stock and prices for parts do fluctuate quite a lot, expecially just now).

    As he also said, pre-builts tend to skimp on stuff like the PSU quality so its worth checking its not a budget chinese knockoff (make sure its a 80+ Gold rated PSU and generally you wont go wrong).
