PCIE lanes question on a new build... Choice between having 2 M.2 SSDs running on PCIE 4.0 off the CPU and leaving the GPU with 8 lanes, or give the GPU the full 16 lanes and have one of the M.2s run on PCIE 3.0 from the motherboard.
