Yeah I get bad drops in most interiors, though I have a lower spec than you. I've dropped the graphics to the point where I can maintain a solid 60 in the wasteland though.

It seems strange, but this is Bethesda I suppose. No drops anywhere else, just in certain parts of built up areas.
