I don't know either after playing one season (online). It feels different. There are some good parts that I like - lots of intelligent attacking runs, some added realism in ball physics and body movement.

But it also somehow feels wrong. Now, I'll gladly admit that I thought FIFA 13 was outstanding - and they successfully improved on FIFA in 11, 12 and 13 year on year. It had to go back sometime, and I think it did this year.

What I don't like is a lot of parts that makes a strangely incoherent sum. It's very frantic. Players doesn't seem to react to the ball and players around them properly, and consequently you're often left chasing wayward balls. The defenders don't tackle or position themselves cleverly, and for some reason they always look and feel as if an error is around every corner. It's far too easy for attackers to dribble around a defender. Then there's the ball control, of which there's almost none in midfield, but plenty of on attacking runs. A strange fragmentation of where it works and doesn't work. But worst of all is how everything just feels so automated. In 10 matches everything has just played in the same predictable patterns. It's very difficult to control a match and it feels as if everything is just end to end.

Hopefully it gets better as I get to grips with it.
