@Psiloc Thus far, if you're just beyond Titan, you'll have only come across 4-person content. The game will introduce 8 and 24-person content as part of the main story progression. 8 person stuff will crop up semi-regularly.

As has been the case so far, it will all be accessed through the Duty Finder, so there's no actual going out and recruiting other players that you need to do.

Endgame will be a mix of 8 and 24 person stuff, but I guess these introductions are supposed to be an aid to people who may not be sure if they want to do endgame.

Edit: Important question! Did Titan knock you off the platform?
