That and the ending to the last game where Dom admits killing his wife to free himself from "living a lie". Markus tenderly embraces his shivering partner, whispers "I know" and the game fades out on a kiss.

Also, just about every character in Metal Gear was gay, except the effeminate guy that the whole internet called a homo, he was straight.
