When we bought our current house about 4 years ago we used L&C as mortgage broker and they also sourced the Solicitors for us. Was one based literally on the other side of the country (every one told us it must be local but we ignored them) and was super smooth and quick. Was around £1800 in total if remember for all fees/searches etc. And as L&C had secured a £1k cash back from mortgage provider we barely noticed it. Edited by Sharz at 16:23:49 09-07-2021 |
