My bro-in-law used to belong to Uxbridge Rovers which got him access to some good spots.

I've literally just joined them and deal is from Jan 1st to June 16th. They do run some great waters and all around me. Was chatting to the Chairman this morning actually.

I've been doing a bit on the GUC but there isn't much there tbh. Most of the time I've been on the match lakes at either Lizard Lakes, Farlows or Wood Lane. This time of year Farlow's is probably the hardest as most decent catches seem to be coming at night. It's mainly carp fishing which I don't mind, but the other fish are more interesting imo and I haven't got the time to sit in a tent for 24hrs waiting for an alarm to go off.

Lizard has some decent carp in the match lake but also good roach, bream etc. I was floating until it started getting colder. Now I'm using feeder and it's been brilliant so far. Caught everything on the feeder yesterday. Two rods on quiver tips.

Uxbridge Rovers have some great waters of tench, chub and barbel which I want to go after.
