@bdaggers I'd say that's a fair comparison, to some degree, as there is more to it than that. There's different types of plasma to collect, to use on different sun types and keep them alive. There are also varying obstacles to avoid such as mines, lazers and meteors; static and moving. On top of that, you have to watch your fuel, time and shields to make sure you don't explode, and gain a highscore. Each level has its own win conditions for awarding stars, the better you do, the more stars you get. Each galaxy has bonus levels to unlock when you gain a certain amount of stars in that galaxy, so you do keep playing to try and get the level's completed as 3star - and gain achievements. Another area where the game has been complimented, but isn't obvious from the trailer, is the Music within the game. It's very 'spacey' and relaxed, giving a great feel for the open expanse of the universe you're trying to save. If you do get the game, I strongly recommend playing with headphones on! |
