There's the occasional decent article, but even those are pretty rare these days. I only come here to read the news out of habit, but I don't know why really. I've usually already read it hours (and sometimes days) before somewhere else. Force of habit after so many years I suppose. The truth is, Eurogamer blinking out of existence wouldn't really be a big deal any more. Digital Foundry is its own entity and would no doubt continue on elsewhere. Eurogamer has been trying to push their utterly shite Youtube channel for a long time, yet the one unique and beloved selling point of the site is on a completely different one. Which now has more subs than the Eurogamer one, incidentally. I guess Richard was smart enough to realise how valuable he and his team's content is when working that deal out.
