    What a load of bollocks!
I received a letter from nest today, to tell me i had an important communication waiting for me to read.
Why not call it a message?

I could not log in, to read my communication, so i jumped onto nest online live chat

The online live chat turned out to be similar to Chinese water-torture.
The person on the other end appeared to wait about one minute between questions and answers.
The chat ended with them supplying me with a telephone number to ring, as they were unable to answer anything, other than stringing me along with generic sentences.

I rang the telephone number provided. As expected, i had to endure the maze of an automated telephone system, pressing various numbers. Eventually i made it through to the point of entering my nest ID number.
The robot voice on the phone said: YOU HAVE ENTERED.. and went silent?
I waited, and waited. It appeared to have crashed?

I rang the telephone number provided a second time. As expected, i had to endure the maze of an automated telephone system, pressing various numbers. This time i decided to take a different route, in order to speak to a human.

I got to speak to an Asian sounding person, quiet, fuzzy, and go through a ton of verification questions. The CS person pointed me back in the direction of the nest website, where i had to set up a new account.

On returning to the nest website, and following the instructions provided, the website appeared to break!?

    What a load of bollocks!

    2hrs of my life wasted.
I doubt the communication was worth reading anyway.

Think i will pass on that ;)
