Yeah, same here really... a lot of the high-end gear leaves me a bit cold, looks-wise. Although the Devialet integrated amp is a really interesting design.

I love a lot of the vintage Japanese gear, so I do like the look of Luxman kit. But realistically I'll never be spending huge amounts so it's all just window shopping for the foreseeable :-)
