Yeah, I'd get a headunit, if all the wiring is there, which it sounds like. You can buy them with 3.5mm jacks, and Bluetooth built in, for buttons really nowadays. If you go down the Bluetooth headunit route, ensure that the headunit can do A2DP, otherwise no fuckin' streamin' mate.
