Now that EG officially cares about sexism in the industry, when can we expect to see a 50% (and therefore equal) representation of women on the EG staff? Serious question, because honestly I find reading articles written by white males about the sexism problem in the industry patronising and hypocritical. And by the comments it's clear that I'm far from alone and am likely in the majority. If they are to fix this sexism issue then EG needs to start at home (rather than criticising others). It's easy and cheap to talk, even easier to criticise others, rather than actually look at what you can do to fix the problem. |
