Yeah definitely not a fluke. It's a bizarre argument given that Cyberpunk is a very different game. Maybe you could argue CDPR are only good at certain types of games, but not that The Witcher 3 was a fluke. Anyway, the first two games were great too, if not on the same level.

It might be unpopular to say but I also think Cyberpunk is great once you wade through all the bugs, and one of its biggest issues (the combat) is an issue many people have with The Witcher 3 as well, albeit for different reasons.
